Erin Garner Ford, Executive Director, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies. She has a passion for working with young women and has created the leadership curriculum currently being implemented. Erin interned at Planned Parenthood Shasta-Diablo and the Women’s Center at California State University, Chico. She gained significant experience organizing around women’s issues and rights.
Lisa Alvarado, Program Manager, is a two time graduate of the Female Leadership Academy. Lisa has played a vital role in ACT's development and served on the Board of Directors prior to being hired with the organization. She is passionate about women's rights issues.
Andrea Navarrette, Administrative Assistant, is a graduate of the Female Leadership Academy. Andrea is passionate about sex education and has been instrumental in ACT's campaigns. She is continuing her education and majoring in Psychology.
